Arya Tandon

Coming out of university, I decided to turn down an MBB consulting offer in favour of more meaningful experiences in tech-for-good.

I started my career at an edtech start-up increasing diversity in tech. More recently, I worked for a YC-backed, B2B SaaS start-up in computer vision & AI, focused on healthcare & government. From training in software engineering to product, data, commercial & "special projects", I’ve tried my hand at a range of operator roles.

At Notion Capital, I’m helping to build Notion Capital's high-velocity pre-seed & seed strategy, “Pioneers”. So far, I’ve built out our strategy & ops, invested in some very exciting early-stage deals, and grown our network of top angel investors in the UK & Europe.

I'm motivated by building meaningful things & social impact. I’m proud to be part of a fund innovating with Included VC, diversifying the industry, and Pioneers, supporting exceptional founders at the earliest stages. I've enjoyed working with great initiatives for breaking into tech and VC. Always open to chat with others looking to do the same :)
