Rachel’s clients call her a ‘founder whisperer’. In reality, she’s a coach and leadership advisor with over twenty years experience supporting Notion’s founders and leaders to achieve extraordinary things as their companies move through Start, Build and Scale.
Rachel is the co-founder of VC Talent Lab which aims to put leadership talent development at the heart of the VC ecosystem. The team at VC Talent Lab helps founders of VC-backed companies optimise their performance and build thriving companies. They are a trusted coaching partner to multiple global investment funds and work with founders from a wide range of sectors (fintech, consumer, security, healthcare, services, SaaS) at various stages of growth (from Series A investment through to IPO/exit).
In 2022 Rachel wrote 'The Founder's Survival Guide' to help founders scale their leadership as they scale their businesses, and to enable them to not only survive but thrive as their business grows.
In her pre-coaching life Rachel was a music industry entrepreneur - founding 5 successful dance music enterprises with her then-partner musician/DJ Carl Cox before her 25th birthday. She is married to her teenage sweetheart, Francesco, and splits her time between their homes in the Sussex countryside and Soho, London.
