JooBee is a business strategist, systems thinker and start-up scaling architect. A trained Systems Engineer with a PhD in Leadership Development, she operates at the intersection of people, strategy and business as a Chief People Officer. With experience spanning 2-, 20-, and 200-year-old companies — and revenues from £10M to £1B — she’s helped founders transition start, build and scale by designing scalable organisation and leadership that fuel growth.

She’s spent the last 15+ years working directly with founders, execs, and HR teams to solve the real, often messy challenges of scaling:

• How do we grow without breaking what made us great?
• What does “good” actually look like in leadership?
• When everything feels urgent, how do you prioritise what truly matters?
