Two Go to Market Experts join the Notion Platform

We are delighted to welcome Jennifer Bers and Harrison Rose to the Notion Family and the Notion Platform team as Go to Market Experts.

Jennifer has over two decades of experience selling and leading sales teams for innovative, fast-scaling SaaS organisations, most recently at Onfido.

Notion Capital Operating Partner, Andy Leaver, has a long standing relationship with Jennifer: “I've known Jennifer since our time together at Bazaarvoice, where together we helped take the company to a $1bn IPO. Her Sales skills were no small part of that journey. As Jennifer explained in my Go To Market Heroes podcast recently, Sales is a profession and requires skills, competencies and discipline. And it's the discipline that often pays back the results in the performance of individuals, teams and companies. A great product with a great GTM produces magic. Since Bazaarvoice we've worked together at Onfido and other startups, where Jennifer has managed the $3m - $100m journey, building high performing teams and never losing her energy, drive and passion. Simply put, she gets stuff done! I'm looking forward to Jennifer helping the Notion portfolio with their GTM build and development - I know she's going to add immense value.”

Jennifer’s focus with Notion is on helping our portfolio sales leaders to create and grow high performance teams, with an emphasis on empowering sales leaders and reps with coaching, feedback, training and leading by example.

Harrison co-founded Paddle with Christian Owens in 2012 at the age of 18 and has over ten years co-founder and go to market experience.  He ran Sales and Customer Success for Paddle for five years and then moved to Chief Commercial Officer.

Harrison has applied innovative thinking to Paddle’s go to market strategy from day 1, leading the way in the use of data and data science and regularly cites the use of enriched commercial data as one of the secret sauces behind the growth of Paddle. He developed highly leveraged go to market strategies based on what he describes as hyper-relevance -  the use of the data and insights to identify the very best prospects, with the highest ACV and greatest likelihood to buy - combined with blended use of product led and sales led strategies, both of which he will be sharing with the Notion Portfolio.

Having co-founded Paddle at the age of 18, Harrison has also experienced the ups and downs of the Founder journey and will be an invaluable ally for first time Notion Founders.

Harrison will be sharing his first hand Founder Experiences, with his unique approaches and perspectives to building different stages of a business.  He will also be spending time with the Notion portfolio on moving from early customers to an ideal customer profile, defining and building repeatable go-to-market motions, and building and scaling their revenue functions.
