The Notion Capital 2025 CXO Day

Our Annual CXO Day is an incredible experience where we bring together the people who do the work at the startups we invest in to bring the founders' vision to life. As VCs, we spend a lot of time with the founders and CEOs, but at Notion Capital we recognise the critical importance of the people behind the scenes: sales leaders, the marketing leaders, the tech, product, finance, ops, customer success teams.

Every company we’ve ever invested in is different. They’re all doing something extraordinary, but they have a huge amount in common. We are bringing these incredible people together from across these companies to create an incredible community.

This year, we’ve been talking about new frontiers; about the transformational impact of artificial intelligence. We explored how AI is transforming the world, industries, and the way we build companies. We had some extraordinary presentations, breakouts, workshops, walking groups, and a lot of fun along the way.

One of the things I found most gratifying, when talking to people at the end of the day about the value they’d seen, is this:

The value is the extraordinary people I’m surrounded with, the peer group of people across the portfolio, perhaps not even in the same role, but going through similar organisational, structural, and commercial growth challenges.

That sentiment makes it all worthwhile. There is a simple test for us; we want every leader we work with to think:

I’m really glad my founders chose to work with Notion Capital.

And with more than 80 execs in attendance from more than 50 companies and an NPS of 94 I think we can say we achieved that.

  • I met some awesome people, heard from incredible speakers and learned so much!
  • What a great atmosphere; a real breakout space to think, brainstorm, and spar with brilliant minds. I’m bringing back lots of energy and ideas to my team. Thank you!
  • A truly valuable developmental opportunity for any leader - gaining insights into macro trends from the Notion team, learning best practices from fellow CXOs, and building amazing connections. The ultimate win-win-win!

Thank you of course to our incredibly supportive and generous sponsors:
