You are a first-time CxO looking to drive high performance within your function and influence across the business. This program will leverage Notion Capital's operational experience to provide you with the skills and tools to succeed in growing your start-up from Start to Build stage.

What you will develop

1. BOOTCAMPS: Develop your managerial & leadership capabilities

Multiply your impact bootcamp: You will learn how to multiply your impact in your people manager role and deliver effectively through your team

Inspire your team bootcamp: You will learn how to build a motivated team by influencing the 4 key indicators of a high-performing team

2. GROUP WORKSHOPS: Develop your business & cross-functional capabilities

Business Leadership: You will learn how to lead beyond your own function. You will learn how to impact business strategy through understanding and collaboration with other business areas: (1) Product & Tech, (2) Go to Market, (3) Finance and (4) People & Biz Ops

3. GROUP COACHING: Continuous development

Guidance: Leadership coach facilitates reflection, sharing and feedback with a focus on applying learning to the work environment.

Peer learning: Cohort sharing questions, wins or learnings from failure. A chance to learn from peers.

Support network: Building a support network with like-minded SaaS leaders who continue to support each other beyond the programme.
