Bill Mastin has been with Topia since 2019, currently serving as both CEO and a Board member. With over 25 years of experience in software and SaaS companies, Bill has held numerous key leadership positions, particularly in the talent and learning space. At Saba Software, he acted as Managing Director of Saba APAC and led the Saba global services division. At Learning Technologies Group (LTG), he worked in various portfolio companies in roles as CEO/MD and head of go-to-market, managing up to $100M ARR. Additionally, Bill played a pivotal role in the senior executive team responsible for M&A, executing $250M in acquisitions over three years, spearheading company integrations, reorganization, and turnaround initiatives for those acquisitions.
