With the right set-up your sales org can be one of your USPs, but with fierce competition in sales talent, start-ups find themselves cutting corners. HeyJobs - faced with similar challenges - reinvented the traditional apprenticeship and created a program that attracts many top-tier graduates to start their career in sales, rather than consulting or investment banking. By integrating sales education and a clear 'up or out' career development concept they've been able to increase hires, drastically improve ramp-up and sales efficiency and, at the same time, reduce employee turnover.
