Tom Le Bras is the current Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Orus. Prior to his role at Orus, he gained extensive experience working for 6 years at Partech as a senior associate for growth equity, working side by side with Côme Dartiguenave, Orus’ CEO. There, he actively participated in investments in companies such as Sendinblue, NA-KD, Evaneos, and Amboss. Additionally, he worked as a performance marketing analyst at LaFourchette from July 2016 to December 2016.

Côme Dartiguenave is the CEO and Co-Founder of Orus. Before starting Orus, he gained valuable experience working for 5 years at Partech, the renowned global VC firm, where he specialized in Series A and B investments within the fintech and insurtech sectors. Côme actively contributed to the success of various scale-ups, including Shippeo, Privitar, Papernest, Agicap, and Fresha, as a board observer. His expertise lies in guiding early-stage startups towards achieving international recognition and prominence.Côme Dartiguenave is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, holding a Master's degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po, along with a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University.

Samuel Rossille is the current CTO and co-founder of Orus. Samuel has also previously served as the CTO of JobTeaser and Frichti, and as the lead developer and deputy CTO of Oscaro.Under Samuel Rossille's leadership, the team at JobTeaser has grown from 40 to 120 people, and they have helped them endure through the difficulties of the Covid crisis. At Frichti, they introduced product management into the organization and reorganized teams to work in feature teams with better coordination with business teams. At Oscaro, they served as lead developer and deputy CTO.Samuel Rossille is a star French engineer who graduated from École Polytechnique and Sainte Geneviève.
