Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jonno is one of the co-founders of Novatiq, and holds the position of Global CEO. He has been at the forefront of data driven marketing services since 1995, establishing businesses in the UK, US and Australia, building the foundations of early stage business models which led to international expansion both organically and through acquisitions.

Start-ups formed the first chapter of his career with a successful exit to Experian, giving him a strong background in both start-ups and corporate company structures. Before taking the helm at Novatiq, Jonno led the global data management practise as Managing Director at Experian Data Quality (EDQ), where he focused on meeting client demand from data prep to data validation. During his time there, Jonno launched across markets in LatAm and made strategic acquisitions to broaden EDQ’s capability stack. Prior to EDQ, Jonno held the position of Managing Director both at Experian Marketing Services and QAS, which was acquired by Experian in 2007.

In August 2019, he co-founded Novatiq raising the necessary funding to drive the monetisation of first party data in partnership with telcos. Novatiq formally launched the new business in March 2020 with a healthy pipeline set to treble the size of the business by the end of the year.

Tanya Field
Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer

Tanya is responsible for the development of the product vision, defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap, and delivering the functionality and features required by customers and the market.

Previously Global Director of Data and Content businesses at Telefonica, Tanya was responsible for the management and monetisation of mobile operator customer data across the network footprint. Central to this role was the investment in, and deployment of, Amobee by Telefonica. Prior to Telefonica, Tanya was SVP New Media at Discovery Communications, responsible for the development of digital content and platforms across their international footprint. At BSkyB, Tanya was General Manager for Gaming.

Tanya was one of the two individuals driving the GSMA and E5 initiatives on global mobile data and mobile advertising She was elected to the Global Board of the Mobile Marketing Association.

Tanya is also one of the world’s experts in customer data privacy and permissions. She led the earliest developments of MNO consent technology at Telefonica, and then joined Vodafone to design and implement a global customer data consent management platform, which is currently being deployed across Vodafone’s footprint.

Tom Wills
Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Tom is one of the co-founders of Novatiq and holds the position of CFO. He brings a unique blend of finance and entrepreneurial expertise to the table, which he uses to skilfully lead our finance, legal and people portfolios to the next stage of dynamic growth.

During his 15+ years in the field, Tom has set up commercial finance functions and driven exponential sales growth in a number of highly disruptive technology businesses. He cut his teeth in the renewables division of EDF Energy before moving to the online fashion unicorn Asos, where he pioneered a delivery solutions reporting method that monitors services efficiencies to over 231 countries and is still in use today. This was followed by leadership roles at British American Tobacco and Business of Fashion Limited, a digital media/ SaaS company which Tom prepared for a successful Series B funding round.

In 2019, he completed another successful fundraise to co-found Novatiq and bring privacy-first identity solutions to the market, helping telcos, brands and publishers reach their audiences at scale. His extensive experience in financial operations for tech disruptors is creating more efficiencies for Novatiq during this growth phase and positioning the company well for the future.
