GoodFit is the intelligence layer behind modern go-to-market. Founded in 2020 by Paddle co-founder Harrison Rose and Aleksander Bury, GoodFit combines proprietary market data, first-party performance data, and configurable tooling to help commercial leaders identify, prioritise, and engage customers with precision. Its platform powers both human-led and programmatic GTM strategies, and is already trusted by some of the fastest-growing companies in the world, including Chili Piper, Clari, Pddle and Personio.
Harrison co-founded Paddle.com at 18, helping scale the company from inception to $100M in revenue over more than a decade. At Paddle he led go-to-market, revenue, and strategy, guiding the business through $300M in venture funding, growth to 300 employees, and a customer base spanning 3,000 global software companies. During this time, Paddle was recognised as one of the fastest-growing software companies in the UK.
Building on those experiences, Harrison co-founded GoodFit, created to redefine how companies go to market in the modern era by applying the data-driven approaches he pioneered at Paddle.
Aleksander joined Paddle at Series A when the company was just 20 people and went on to play a key role through its Series C at 200 staff. He quickly rose to become VP of Revenue Operations, building a team of analysts, engineers, and operators, and creating Paddle’s data engine - a system that determined which prospects to target, how to prioritise them, and what messaging would resonate most, all by leveraging publicly available data.
The success and industry interest in this unique approach led Aleksander to co-found GoodFit, created to redefine how companies go to market in the modern era by applying the data-driven principles he pioneered at Paddle.
The round was $13M Series A led by Notion Capital. Other participants included Salica Investments, Inovia Capital, Robin Capital, Common Magic, and Andrena Ventures.
Harrison Rose chose Notion exclusively, stating: "Notion was the only investor I wanted to lead our first institutional round. Having worked with a number of VCs over the past decade - given the choice Notion was the only investor I'd choose to raise a Series A from in Europe. We feel privileged to have the chance to work with the team once again." [The feeling is mutual Harrison!].
GoodFit solves the data availability challenges Harrison and Aleks experienced at Paddle. While defining a clear ICP is straightforward, finding companies matching granular criteria like "500 software scaleups with $10m+ ARR who offer less than 5 currencies, have 80%+ international traffic and a dedicated payments team based in Europe or the US" is extremely difficult. Harrison: "High-quality, specific data is the fuel GTM systems need. Without it, ideal customer profiles stay shallow and outreach remains generic. Data is becoming the central input for every GTM decision, from which cohorts to target, to which channels to use, how to deploy reps, and even how to optimise customer acquisition cost in real time."
GoodFit has 11 FTEs and 37 global customers at the point of investment, notably Clari, Chilli Piper, Paddle and Personio.
One of the main reasons we chose Notion Capital for this round is based on our experience in how effectively they supported us and the rest of their portfolio during our time working at Paddle. Frankly, I'm not sure Aleks or I would be the founders we are today without their support since we met back in 2017. This is something true for so many of the folks the team at Notion has crossed paths with. Whilst we're in the very early days post-investment, Notion has already been instrumental in helping us build out our team in a number of key leadership positions, while offering a helpful perspective on our roadmap alongside the needs of operators they work with day-to-day.
