Upstarts has no equal in venture capital – it's our ten-week leadership programme, elevating the rising stars of our portfolio,and preparing them for the next stage of their career. Participants learn to lead, operate, scale, and invest through sessionswith experienced executives, mentorship from investors, coaching, and access to a global network of industry pioneers.
Four modules are delivered through a mix of in person and virtual sessions run by experienced executives, and small group coaching sessions leveraging peer-to-peer coaching.
